What is StellarCloseTC?

StellarCloseTC (StellarClose Transaction Coordination) is AI transaction coordination for real estate agents. From signed contract to close, Cookie, our AI coordinator, fills in your own board forms, tracks every deadline, keeps every party updated in 32 languages, and calls you when a decision needs you.

Is StellarCloseTC the same as StellarClose and Just Call Cookie?

They're all the same company and service. StellarClose LLC is the company. StellarCloseTC is its transaction coordination service. Just Call Cookie is another name for the same service, and justcallcookie.com takes you to stellarclosetc.com.

Who is Cookie?

Cookie (full name Cookie Close) is StellarClose's AI transaction coordinator. She works by phone at 833-659-9191 and by chat on stellarclosetc.com.

Is Cookie a real person?

No. Cookie is an AI coordinator, and she always says so. Everyone she talks to, including you, your clients, lenders and title, is told at the start that they're communicating with AI. We will never let anyone think they're talking to a human.

Why is she called Cookie?

Cookie is our founder's nickname.

Who founded StellarClose?

Donna Childree-Gotlib, Founder and CEO of StellarClose LLC. Donna has been a licensed Michigan real estate agent since 2008, has been writing software since 1982, and spent three years as a transaction coordinator. StellarClose is bootstrapped, not venture-funded.

Where is StellarClose based?

StellarClose LLC is based in Dexter, Michigan, in the Ann Arbor area. Our mailing address is 3588 Plymouth Rd #233, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.

How It Works

What does Cookie do on a transaction?

From signed contract to close, Cookie:

  • fills in your own board forms
  • tracks every deadline and contingency, and alerts you when something needs attention
  • keeps every party updated, including clients, lenders, title and the other agent
  • collects documents and signatures
  • time-stamps every communication and keeps it in your vault for seven years
  • reports where every deal stands through the Agent Digest, on your schedule

Am I still in control?

Yes. Cookie prepares the work and you authorize the decisions. When a decision needs you, Cookie calls you. You stay responsible for your transaction and your clients, and Cookie handles the coordination.

Does Cookie talk to my clients and the other parties?

Yes. Keeping every party informed is part of the job. Cookie sends updates to your clients, lenders, title and the other agent, and tells each of them at the start that she's an AI.

Will my clients know they're talking to AI?

Yes. Every person Cookie communicates with is told at the start. AI transparency is one of our core operating principles.

Which states do you cover?

All 50 states and the District of Columbia.

What languages does Cookie speak?

Cookie speaks and writes in 32 languages, including Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean and Arabic, so you can serve clients in the language they're most comfortable with.

Do I have to use new forms?

No. Cookie fills in your own board forms, so you keep using the forms you already know.

Are e-signatures included?

Yes. StellarSign e-signatures are included at no extra cost.

Where are my documents stored?

In OurStorageVault, your secure document vault. Every communication is time-stamped and kept for seven years.

How will I know where my deals stand?

The Agent Digest shows where every deal stands, on the schedule you choose. You can also call Cookie any time and ask.

When can I reach Cookie?
