I'm Donna Childree-Gotlib, founder of StellarClose LLC, a software development company. I've been a licensed Michigan real estate agent since 2008, a former transaction coordinator, and a coder since 1982.
When I hit the ceiling every agent and TC hits — too many transactions, not enough hours or compensation — I didn't hire help. I built this.

How it works
Log in to your agent dashboard and click New Transaction. We'll prepare a service agreement with your property address on it for your signature.
